Key Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching Excellence:
- Lead 2-3 Scrum/Agile teams, guiding ceremonies and multi-sprint planning.
- Provide thought leadership on Agile best practices for product lines.
- Mentor Agile Coaches, fostering a community of practice.
Global Impact:
- Contribute to global Agile transformation strategies.
- Drive agile maturity and collaboration across a matrixed global organization.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners and Development teams.
- Deliver needed Agile training to align teams on common language and methodologies.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong background in software and hardware development.
- Expertise in Agile Development/SAFe principles and coaching.
- Excellent people skills for mentoring, coaching, and effective communication.
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated agile coaching or transformation experience.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Previous medical experience is desirable.
