Lumicity was founded in 2016 with a simple premise:
niche technical markets need specialist recruiters, not generalists.  Today we operate four offices across Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, and Chicago – and we’ve helped hundreds of US companies build the engineering and technology teams that power their growth.

We don’t work across every industry. We go deep in six: Engineering, Technology, Construction, Clean Energy, Life Sciences, and Semiconductors. That focus is what separates us.

We are driven by our commitment to serving the most innovative technology start-ups and well-established brands throughout the US; delivering proficient and talented experts who perfectly align with our clients’ requirements.
